In Code Your Own Robot in Minecraft® this week, we covered the following topics:

• The basic concepts of coding, including variables, loops, and control structures.
• How to manipulate a robot in Minecraft by using code blocks to initiate movement and make decisions.
• How to engage with Minecraft Education Edition.
• An improved understanding of cause and effect resulting from the code they've written, enabling them to utilize functions for actions like jumping, throwing, and bouncing.
• How to develop automated programs to streamline repetitive tasks using sequencing in robot code.

To continue learning after the camps, your Ninjas can:

Use the skills they learned from the camp to create more scripts for their robot to follow!

1. Download Minecraft Education Edition from: Minecraft Education Edition Download.
2. Purchase a Minecraft Education Edition License: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/licensing.
3. Open up Minecraft Educational Edition and create new projects with their own script ideas.
4. Follow other guides in the MCEE Library.
5. Join Code Ninjas West Katy for future camps or classes!
